About Our Beef.
Our beef cows are raised from start to finish on our farm where they spend their lives eating grass. The grass on our farm is fertilized naturally by our pastured poultry operation. The cows are Angus with some Brahma influence to help handle the south Florida heat. Our beef is Grass-Fed, Grain-Finished. For us this means the cows are eating only grass for more than two thirds of its life then for a few months before slaughter we add grain to their diet to help add some marbling in the meat. Our beef is free of any growth hormones or antibiotics & is USDA certified.

Price is based off take home meat weight.
Average pounds of meat taken home:
Whole: 400 pounds (Total cost: $4,800)
Half: 200 lbs. (Total cost: $2,400)
Quarter: 100 lbs. (Total cost: $1,200)
Pick-up.
You can pick up order form our farm and get a farm tour or we also deliver 1/2 & whole shares at no charge for local orders.
Freezer.
We recommend 1 cubic Foot of freezer space per 25 pounds of packaged beef.
